A Word from Lemonhead, Norah B.

Happy New Year! Our goals after the New Year should be to keep the floor clean, raising our hands, keeping our voices at appropriate voice levels, and staying in our seats when we're supposed to....   Before winter break we changed the class a little bit we made up some new jobs, Mrs .Golemes moved the bookshelf, and also we got a new writing room.

A Word from Lemonhead, Matthew L.

Hi, my name is Matthew from the Go-Lemons Lemonheads (blog writer).  We are here at Longfellow School.  While everyone else is taking an exit ticket, Mrs. Go-Lemons told me to write the new blog post.  Parents or guardians, please sign your kids of for the St. Jude's Math-a-thon.  It will help St. Jude's research facility for cancer.  Help save lives.  Help people live better.  We are good people and we save lives!!!  If you have a Math-a-thon paper, it will show you the website to sign up.  Again, please do so (sign up), it would be a big help to St. Jude's research facility save lives and help people!!!

The Lemonhead Letter

During the first weeks of school, one of the students mispronounced my name (not a hard thing to do) and it sounded like he said, "Go-Lemons," opposed to "Golemes."  It was actually pretty funny and provided students with an easy way to pronounce my real name.  Having said that, it is now December and we have finally found a way to brand our classroom.  I would like to introduce you to the Go-Lemons Lemonheads of Room 314!  We are very excited about our new blog and classroom theme.  Please check out our blog every week on Friday as a new student will be posting each week.  We would LOVE your comments because writing, posting and reading blog comment feedback is a great way for students to improve his or her onscreen literacy.  Thank you in advance for supporting our blog!
